"Where do I even begin? Not only were Jenny and her partner Kevin excellent realtors, but they were extremely helpful and very attentive. My situation was very difficult, I lived with my father and he passed so I had no idea what I was doing and getting calls from different realtors wanting to meet me and tell me how much they could sell my house for. I get it’s business, but Jenny was not pushy or aggressive in any way which made me want to ask her to help me. She made me feel like she cared about my well-being instead of just a house to sell. I told her my time frame and let her know everything that was happening; why I knew about the house, what it was worth when he passed, etc. She really spent the time and effort to do her homework and printed out so much information that I had no idea about the house. She and her partner Kevin bent over backward for me and really helped me get my house cleaned and ready to sell in 3 months! My family and even I had our doubts saying, “There’s no way this will be ready by that time.” Jenny and Kevin, and of course a huge help from my family, helped me to reach my goal in a matter of months! It was incredible. Jenny made my house look SO nice by hiring her photographer and handyman, Mr. Hwang. I was recommended by a family friend to call Jenny and it was the best choice I’ve ever made.
